Jacquard Silk Scarf Scherenschnitt Sericulture (Petrol-Red)
inkl. MWST
This scarf is more than an accessory. It tells a story of Swiss craftsmanship, of the tranquility of the mountains, and of the elegance of silk.
Woven from 100% silk, with at least 50% Swiss silk in the weft, the fabric has a subtle sheen that makes the fine patterns appear differently depending on the light. The motifs are inspired by the Swiss paper-cutting tradition: delicate silhouettes of the mulberry tree, the silkworm, and the mountain landscape. Created using the Jacquard weaving technique, they are integrated directly into the fabric, not printed, but woven in.
The fabric is produced at BBC Jacquard in Como, one of Italy's most renowned weaving mills. The edges are then hand-rolled, a detail that is both visible and palpable.
Lightweight, soft to the touch, and timelessly beautiful. With careful care, a companion for life and for all its special moments.
